Discounts

We offer discounts to schools, libraries, and retailers. Please contact us for a quote.

Returns

We will accept returned goods only if they have been damaged in mailing.

Refunds

We will not refund book and videos sold to individual customers. Wholesalers and booksellers should call (541) 737-2716 for more information.

Shipping and delivery

All orders are shipped by the least expensive method possible, unless otherwise requested.

Orders are generally filled within 2-4 weeks. If an item is out of stock or out of print, we will notify you and give you the opportunity to cancel your order.

NOTE: Due to rising postage costs:

We can no longer offer free publications to customers outside the United States, Canada and Mexico. However, many of those publications are also available to download from this site, free of charge.
Only orders from the US, Canada and Mexico can be accepted via our online store. If you wish to order from outside that region, please contact us by phone or e-mail so we can provide a shipping cost estimate.
